Clear cache S21 ultra

Hello I have been trying to clear the cache on my S21 ultra. I have found out you keep the phone plugged in, power down and then hold the power up with bixby / power key and release when the menu comes up... I have tried everything and it doesn't work 😞 any suggestions or tips?

stupid change, rebooting in the various mode without anything silly attached was handy, I wonder why they had to change it

Certainly inconvenient, I can see many people getting stuck wondering why it doesn't work or what to do. I'm sure some bigwig at Samsung thought it was a good idea...
