I ordered my galxy s 21 ultra 5g on 24.1.2021 and cant claim for my gift galaxy buds! Tried many times😡😠 why??

Are you claiming via the new phone from your Samsung Members App @jj09  ?

Did you buy from Samsung directly or via a Network or independent ?

Check the small print if from the latter as Samsung will require proof of purchase which you'll need to acquire from the network or independent.

Take particular attention of any promotional end date so you don't miss out.

yes i used the members app.on the o2 website was stated clearly galaxy buds as a gift

Ok.

 

So on your new phone that's been delivered have you gone into the Samsung Folder on that phone and launched the Samsung Members app and looked for the promotional banner and made your claim from that ?

If so what has come back to you about it ?

What have o2 said ?

to the person trying to make the claim for their promotional gift on your new phone just open at the members up like I have just done there and that is the first thing that I am hit with you can see it right there claim your free gift and I've already claimed my my Galaxy buds Pro and datatag

the pre-order promotion entitles you to the Samsung Galaxy buds Pro and datatag second promotion you only get the buds live and no data tag when I filled in my promotional claim form I received an email to tell me my claim was pending I also received an email to tell me my claim was approved it give me my claim number and a track my claim link

so the date you purchased the device will be on the receipt that is your thing right and proof to your promotion to whatever promotion it is
