Does S10 have circle search with Google as I can't get it but do have it on pixel 8.Ps I am tech thick ✌️👍

There is conflicting guidance on this but I believe the answer to your question sadly is no.

It appears to be available from S21 Series onwards.

To check, this is how to use Circle to Search

Tap and hold the Home key

Use your finger to circle or tap the item you want to search for

Remove your finger from the screen

Hi there 👋, The One UI 6.1 software update is required to use Galaxy AI features on select phones and tablets. The Circle to Search feature can also be used with the S Pen on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra, S22 Ultra, S21 Ultra, Tab S10, or Tab S9 series.
