cant update my phone

I have been using the Galaxy s21 Ultra 5G am running on android 11 and each time I search for update it keep telling me my device is up to date is there any fix please.

Device model is SM-G998B/DS

Baseband version: G9980xxU1AUA4

That's strange that you've been unable to update your S21 Ultra for quite some time. I recommend having a look at the guide below, which contains steps for updating your phone's software via Smart Switch:

I expect that this will help. If you go through these steps and still cannot update your phone (a very unlikely scenario), I recommend submitting an Error report:

Submitting an Error report would allow our developers to look into this matter in more granular detail for you.

I have the exact same problem, my S21 is stick to Android 11 One Ui 3.1 , each time I search for update it keep telling me my device is up to date

@S21ultra 5G, did you please find a solution for updating

Hi good day 

I too have this same problem with my S21 ultra 5g 

, I've seen other people who have an s21 ultra 5g and their either up to Android 14 one ui 6.1 and I'm here still struggling to get this update and one ui 7 also and I'm currently on android 13 one ui 5.1 , I've searched Google on the updates and it is available but I'm not getting anything at all
