Cannot rearrange secure folder icons

Using Galaxy S20+. After Android 12 UI4.0 update today I can no longer rearrange Secure Folder icons. Holding and moving an icon results in it going back to its original position.

Same happens if I move it to a spot where an icon currently resides. The original icon does not shift to a new position.

Go to the home screen.

Go to the app drawer

Press the 3 dots

Choose the option for icon ordering

Mine was ordering alphabetically, choose the custom order. The secure app folder uses this setting.

That fixed it! Although the app drawer is now a mess, I'll take that to have my Secure Folder in the order I want it.
