Can't access permissions!

Hey just looking for advice please.

Trying to set up my old Samsung S9 for my son's first mobile.

I've done a factory reset and installed some supervision apps like family link live 360 qustodio.

I can't set location for any of these.

When I go to permission manager it says I have to talk to the IT manager.

How do I over ride this?

I can't work out if in changing my son's permissions ( ie can't install or change things without my permission) I have inadvertently stopped permissions.

But I have checked all the Samsung and app permissions and nothing looks out of place. I have taken the supervision apps out and reinstalled but still the same problem.

If anyone can advise I would be so grateful

Hi thanks yes I am in the UK. I can set up permissions and location on the main app on my phone but his phone won't let me change permissions for location at all either globally or on the app.
