Have you tried your camera with any 3rd party camera app, like social apps? They use the camera, so try to take a picture from them.

Hi @chelseaboy Go to Apps-Camera-Storage- Clear cache and Data.
if that does not help go to Samsung Members app -Get Help and Run Diagnostic test for the Camera,does that show any errors?

Should be hardware problem. Just visit an authorised Samsung Service Center.

It may be a hardware problem but should run checks first. Hardware can also be checked via *#0*# if no errors could try to clear the cache partiton . I had a camera failure message some time ago on an S10 and it was sorted after Factory Reset.
