It looks to be the same as the Beta last year for the S20's and that only non-carrier branded phones with stock Samsung CSC codes can participate...

"In Germany, the Galaxy S21 series devices including the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra phones (without carrier branding) can participate."

So, if the U.K. is selected for Beta testing, EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three branded users will not be happy.

Well, I'm looking forward to participating! Presumably I will get it as I have an s21 ultra which I bought outright and is able to work with any networks sim card.
