Backup photos from stolen device

My phone was stolen on 26 September 2023.

I was unable to trace it using Smart Things Find as Samsung blocked my account due to being abroad, which prevented me from backing up my data. It is now locked, and presumably out of battery or reset or SIM swapped by the thief. Not able to unlock the phone to back up and then reapply the bar.

Since learnt that Samsung cloud no longer exists and I've used all the storage under Google Photos so lost four years' worth of photos (not aware I needed to purchase more as thought Samsung Cloud existed, which is what I was told when buying the phone. No notification that I had no storage either). 

In light of advancing technology, I know that data is usually not completely lost and would like to know if there is any way of getting those photos back or can recommend any software that may be able to do so?

Sorry to hear about the phone being stolen. Unfortunately, your chances of retrieving your data without the phone or a backup is nil.
