App opens 404 error page

I am trying to open an app that doesnt open on my phone . When i press the app , it opens an internet page error message 404 . Now i know the app works as it is working on another phone .
I tried
Restarting the phone
Updating the phone and the app

Deleted and reinstalled the app

Cleaning cache for app and of internet explorer
Internet is working great on everything else
Battery saver is off.

I am using samsung s21
I would really not like resetting my phone .

Any suggestions?

It might be bank changing the the website protocols that sometimes does it but your app will update that in the background

Might be but it is working on a phone with  an older android version

Ah then the bank needs to update app and website to work on latest versions so its the banks problem
