Hi. I purchased a refurbished Samsung S20 5g off ebay from what I thought was a reputable seller. Since having the the phone it won't carry out any updates stuck on Android 11.

Is it possible to reflash and if so advice on what version I would download as ther are so many variations
Have added software info below
Thanks in advance

So. A bit if an update.
Used SamKey to change csc code to BTU but still have TIM at the end see pic
Have retried on smart switch and OTA.
Cleared cache and factory reset. Still no update. Any more ideas people

The TIM at the end won't change, but that should not affect the phone being able to pull OTA updates. Unsure why it is not working, I previously changed CSC on a S20 to be able to enrol onto a beta programme and that worked fine. I wonder if it needs to be EUX to match the third CSC, this relates to the region.

Bit reluctant to change to EUX as ther are a few threads complaining about not getting updates on EUX also. At a bit of a loss at the minute
