Android 12 One UI 4 just landed on my S21 Ultra  👍😎

It's really laggy... Needs performance optimisation.

Now I have updated everything and done a restart to clear cache etc it seems very smooth 😎

I ran the Galaxy App Booster and restarted as well and now it seems to be working better. Animations still need to be a tad bit smoother, though, and battery life seems to be a bit shorter. It may improve over time.

I'm on S21 Ultra in UK on Vodafone and got no update as of yet.

@JWC It depends on your device's CSC code and not which carrier your SIM card is on. Go to...

Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider software version

@JWCYour CSC code shows as ITV = Italy.

The update for Italy has not been released by Samsung yet.

That's super odd, I got this phone in lockdown in the UK off of Samsung.
