FIX for laggy quick settings / quick settings panel.
Go to settings>accessibility>visibility enhancements and tick "reduce transparency and blur"

That's hardly a fix, merely a workaround. But it does make using the phone more bearable temporarily (though I still have lag and frame drops in other places).

Just chiming in to say that I've got the exact same issues (on an S20). Very annoyed by this, I hope a fix is imminent.

Same here with S20Plus 5G.
I also have experienced a few sudden restarts and after the last one, now the color palette does not change any color anymore! I have already wiped cache but nothing happened.

Exactly same S20+ 5g , tried hard reset and cache wipe. I've done what's said in here with lower Res and motion blur but it's shocking that Samsung allowed firmware to roll out with this many obvious issues. I've always gone to Samsung so that this didn't happen like other "lesser brands"

If you have the color mode set to natural, try setting it to vivid, that fixed the issues for me.

Tried setting to vivid. Did not work. Unbelievable. Lagging and stuttering continues.

Same here... Lagging all over the place... Also, my battery time is significantly shortened... It's unbelievable that such a big brand would release smth like this... Not to mention other issues I had with now 3rd Samsung phone in the row... I think this was my last one I bought...
