Being that the S21 can shoot 8k video at only 24p, I am guessing that speed limitations prevent it from shooting 8k at 30p
So it makes me wonder if Samsung could make this phone shoot 8k (and 4k) at 25p, this would make the video compatible for all the 25fps 50Hz countries around the world (which is most countries) 25p would use less storage than 30p, that extra 1 frame in 8k should be manageable by the camera, 4k and 8k would be totally compatible to edit together in post, and no horrible 50Hz light flicker, and compatible with broadcast standards too.
So why is none of the above implemented? Are smartphones primarily made just for north American markets and standards?
