The 6.1 upgrade killed my touchscreen. I did have it replaced, probably with an aftermarket from what I've read. Is there a way to revert to the previous version? Not cool Samsung!

I had the exact same problem. what I did was revert back to One UI 6.0 by doing the following:
1. I went to https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-G998N/KOO/G998NKSU4FXD3
2. I downloaded the firmware that corresponds to my phone (make sure you download the one before the last one).
3. use odin to revert back.
I managed to keep all my files after this but I can't guarantee the same results for anyone else.
here is the tutorial I followed on how to use odin:

I have the same problem, when updating to one ui 6.1!! My model is SM-G988U. I tried to downgrade to version 6.0 of oneUi, but this is no longer possible because the ROM of one ui 6.0 is binary A(10) and oneUi 6.1 is B(11) Samsung made the Downgrade practically impossible to be accomplished.

The exact same problem here! My s21 ultra 5g touchscreen stopped working after the update, i can only manipulate it with otg mouse, and my screen is ORIGINAL!
Think twice before buying a samsung product, THEY ALWAYS FAIL

I updated yesterday and immediately after I updated. My touch stopped working on my S21+

I successfully downgraded to 6.0 and my phone is back to normal. I had tried all of the recommended "fixes" before the downgrade. For the record my phone is completely OEM, no aftermarket screen and I had the non responsive touchscreen issue. I'm not installing ANY updates until this gets figured out.
