wifi calling on S20 not working after late February 2021 update

I cannot get WIFI calling to work after two recent Samsung software updates.  It was working and stable before for 6 months at least. The cell service provider says WIFI calling is still enabled on the SIM card. Any help will be appreciated to correct this problem.

if you click on the phone then 3 dots top right corner should be in there to toggle on.

Thank you. My mistake was not realizing I had to fill in my street address as a condition for enabling WIFI calling. Thank you for your help.
