Of course I know there is compass into edge panels, but I do not use them! Edge panels is weird and inconvenient thing.
But I need to have access to compass. Why other apps into edge panels is existed like normal app, but compass is not?
What a weird decision?
How can we, as samsung holders ask to develop and add nolmal compass into One UI?

What device do you have? Not much point having one if your device doesn't have the required sensors such as a gyroscope and magnetometer

Hi,
why apple, huawei and etc. can make it for their users, but samsung couldn't?
I'm looking for official preinstalled fullscreen app without ads. In beautiful samsung ecosystem style. Which can show me my direction in degrees.
why should I spend my time to search base app?
google maps definitely do not have normal compass with degrees (or it is hidden), and it is big app which need time to start.
I am asking it not only for myself but for billions samsung users too, who need to google to find preinstalled compass.

If you'd like Samsung to develop their own, then you can request that feature via your Samsung members app. Just head to the Support section and tap on Ask questions.

Sure, a few days ago when I was chatting with some friends, I needed to find out exactly where north was, and I typed "compass" into the search bar. I was probably more confused than you, because there wasn't one. Imagine my face when my Apple user friend opened the compass and then laughed at me.
Yes, and it is bad practice to decide for the users what they need.
