No it's the WhatsApp feature which used to be under advanced features, it splits the WhatsApp screen into two, one side all chat, the other the current chat.
I disliked it, but now it's gone since 5.1 I miss it.
I suspect it was ditched in 5.1 or the latest WhatsApp link device expansion has killed it off.
