@John yagani : Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the device you're using? This can be found in Settings > About phone > Model number, followed by Software information > Android version.
Please can you clarify if you have previously registered the eSIM via Settings > Connections > SIM card manager, or is the option to add an eSIM not showing up for you?
