Water Intake Monitoring

Samsung Health app has a water monitoring system. But cups and bottles come in all shapes and sizes. Can you give the option to change the 250ml setting please so for me 1 cub can be 35cl/350ml which is the size of cup on my desk. Then I can just say I had 3 cups today and this would calculate automatically. In the same way my drinking bottle is 560ml again if you added a bottle option or the ability to edit the cup up to this amount I can say I had 2 full bottles today equaling 1120ml.

It's so good to see someone is posting about Health and Fitness rather than batteries

My general impression is, or I use that facility as a general guide rather than a precise measure, in the assumption that we have no medical requirements to take or keep up hydration, in other words we just do it for our general health benefits

Because with Samsung health app and watch app etc, there is nothing much precise things you can do unfortunately, I always refer to them as 17th century apps when the rest of the world is in 2022

I feel like everything thing else in the app is precise. I use nearly all of it to track my health except food and water. I decided to try the water feature and got stuck here. I really should be precise regardless of if there is a medical need for it. It's actually bugging me compared to all the rest. Please... if thus suggest could be taken forward I would drink so much water. Another example could be for the watch. Instead of telling me to get up every 1 hour, how about have a drink of water. I would actually get up to go get one killing 2 birds with 1 stone. So please configurable amount of water and water intake reminder. Please samsung please!!!

Absolutely, nothing is flexible with the app, customer has to follow what Samsung dictates..

All other general health and fitness apps have the facilities to create what customer wants..

You should be able to select a preset amount (like a glass) or input a custom amount. The way it is currently set up is incredibly stupid and discourages using it altogether

I totally agree ive been wanting to track my water intake but i use a 700ml bottle so it makes me not use the app as its inaccurate... We should be able to customise the water volume of what we are drinking from. I don't know anybody who is drinking from a 250ml glass...

I was just searching for this but yea , they have done no changes to the app such an easy update but Samsung just not caring about it.

Actually they have made changes on this one and I'm extremely happy about it. I can change the water amount now and it's fantastic. Thank you so much Samsung.
