Why cant I send a video on my gmail it lasts 25seconds and is saying too big I have a galaxy a40 mobile .please help.

Thanks its said about Google drive how do I do that would I need a pc .

No , you don't need a PC .But , you do need to do this :
- go to play store and install "google drive"
- after installation ,open the drive app and upload the video to G drive
- open the Gmail app , write the email and click to attach file and select " "insert from drive"
and you're good to go
