Don't ever use two step verification with Samsung, and don't expect any help from support. Also don't be surprised if they send a verification code to a phone number or email you've never heard of.

@Blue n White : I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with the 2-step verification feature of your Samsung account. If you have found that you're not receiving the verification text messages, or the number assigned to the service is incorrect, then you can change the registered phone number on a Galaxy mobile phone or PC by following the steps below.
Please be aware that you also have access to some backup codes, which are included in the email that was sent to you when you first set up 2-step verification. I hope this helps.
