Recently updated the Samsung email app. The unread message count showing on the app icon now is including unread junk emails as well which is really annoyin .
Anyone know how to make it so that it only counts emails in your inbox?
@Dsn: As a possible workaround, if you enable App Icon Badges by going to Settings > Notifications > App Icon Badges > On > Show With Number, does the badge display the correct number of new emails?
Unfortunately this is how it is currently set up so the number on the icon still shows all unread emails regardless of whether they are legitimate or in junk/spam folder
If you go to Settings > Apps > Email > Notifications > General > Show Notifications > Off. Make sure that 'New Emails' is toggled on, and let me know if this helps.
