I'm wondering if anyone has learned anything about the unauthorized Samsung Electronics charges that many people seem to have experienced? I just had to file a dispute for the second time, for 2 years of either $9.84 or $10.94 unknown debits. Well, unknown besides the last time I had to file this dispute, which was also a 2 year period, the only range of records I can pull up on their website, I don't really know how long it's been going on. I have contacted Samsung, I've checked every account and potential subscription source both times, and there's no record of this on their end. 10 bucks a month isn't breaking me but this is very frustrating to watch happen and all I can do is wait another while and file another dispute. My bank said it's not tied to my debit card so canceling the old one didn't work, they can't stop the payment. I guess I'm going to change accounts this time so I don't have to go for round three.
You'd think they would have gotten to the bottom of it by now rather than continuing to reimburse me while someone stacks up change all over the place.

omg thank you! I was about to totally lose my mind because my husband was logged in under his account so the website wasn't showing me having an account at all until I found it under the settings on the TV where he had signed in!

I too encountered a recurring charge of $5 per month on my credit card statement originating from 'Samsung' at City: 650-9345824, USA. I believed this was a legitimate payment for Samsung Care+, which I subscribed to after purchasing my new Samsung phone.
However, upon investigation, Samsung has no record of my enrollment in Care+ for this device. Despite contacting two Care+ representatives and one technical support specialist, the issue remains unresolved.
To mitigate the charges, I filed a dispute with my bank. The bank successfully refunded the initial $5 charge and another $5 charge from yesterday, concluding that the transactions may be fraudulent. As a precautionary measure, my bank has canceled the affected card.
Furthermore, when accessing "About Phone" on my Samsung device and navigating to the Samsung Care+ section, it displays "Not covered. 25 days left to sign up." This confirms the absence of an active Care+ subscription, despite the recurring charges.
While I was initially interested in utilizing Samsung Care+ for my new phone, the recent events have deterred me from pursuing this service. Samsung's inability to rectify the unauthorized charges and provide a satisfactory explanation for their occurrence is deeply concerning.
I have submitted a ticket to Samsung for further investigation into this matter. Although a resolution may not be forthcoming, the cancellation of my credit card has effectively prevented any future unauthorized charges.

I followed your link and I get a message that this only applies if you are using a Samsung TV. All fields are grayed out on my phone. I am being charged $3.
