Unblocking numbers after emergency

Just had an alert type message saying numbers unblocked after emergency call. Pressed link and restocked. Then checked my call log which listed 119. This is a NHS covid number in the UK. Checked Google Nd found out 119 is fire service emergency number in Korea. Is this a 'feature or have I been scammed in some way. The alert immediately disappeared after I linked to my unblocked numbers so can't send screenshot. Thanks

This shouldn't be a scam, I had this when I called nhs 111 number. Not sure about 119 call.

Each codes are used differently in other countries based on your location & the network you are on. You can only connect to another's countries service when you are in that country using their network providers. Google is just showing you what services are used in other countries with the same codes.
