When I tap an object on my screen, I hear a warning and tapping a screen icon results in a blue square around the icon with no results. I get this with all actions including restart, etc. Tapping 'emergency call' results in the blue square surrounding all numbers and emergency call label. Pressing and holding power off button and volume down causes the phone to shut down and come back to its starting point inviting me to swipe 2 fingers across the screen. Doing this produces a request to 'Use your PIN after a restart'. Entering my 4 digit code only causes the blue squares and alert noises. i.e. the phone will not perform any commands - just blue squares and alert sounds. Any ideas please?
