To access sim card manager in samsung A90

My phone is new Samsung A908N and my setting is don't have sim card manager due to that i couldn't access dual sim card.

what am i supposed to do to access two sim card?

Not all versions of this phone have dual sim compatibility. Also, with carrier branded phones this is sometimes disabled.
