I've reinstalled the app, deleted cache and data and its had a few updates since I made this post and none have made a difference.
Yes I've contacted their support but heard nothing. Actually was going to get a screenshot as proof but it looks like they've closed the ticket. Guess I'll be making a new one.

Seems a comment was removed from a user for some reason, as you can see in a reply above the person asked for screenshots and suggested deleting the cache which had been tried previously along with data and a reinstallation of TikTok.

I have the same problem, went to the store two times, first time they said everything was working correctly, second time they told me it was working has supposed and I should contact with the application. It was not really helpful experience, also it is a shame and not acceptable that a S22 Ultra 2023 flagship is not working correctly with applications and my old S8 works fine with all the filters.
