Third party apps not loading

Hey! Anyone else having a problem since the recent update with third party apps? I can't load weather or shopping apps unless I'm using 5g. I have to switch WiFi off. Samsung support are not very supportive 🙄

Hey, I haven't experienced anything like that before, have you tried using a different WiFi network? ie: your friends or a public WiFi to load your apps? have you tried to reset your device?

Hey @bookee 

Have you tried a Soft Reset by holding the Power and Volume Down buttons for around 10 seconds? If not, please give this a go as it will reboot your phone without deleting any personal data. This reboot tends to fix a lot of minor issues!

@bookee: Please can you try heading to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data only apps, and make sure that the affected apps have not been selected to use mobile data, even when connected to Wi-Fi.
