Theme issues

Hi all. Some time ago I downloaded a theme for my Note 10+ and all was good in the world, as it worked perfectly. 👍🏼

As is the way of humans, I got bored with the theme and decided to have a change. I found a suitable replacement in the Samsung store thingy and downloaded it. Good times! However, I noticed that things that were grouped had retained the old folder surround. Everything else had changed but not those. Odd I thought. 

Actions I have taken so far -

• Cleared the cache for Galaxy Themes
• Cleared the data in the same
• Deleted the downloaded theme
• Restarted the phone

I have taken all the app shortcuts out of folders but as soon as I try to create a new folder, hey presto!, the old folder surround is still there.

Please help. I am clearly missing something...

That does sound odd, @T_O_T_S. It will be ideal to go through a Remote Management session with our friends in the Technical Support Team as they'll be able to assist you remotely, and see where things are going wrong. They can be contacted on 0333 000 0333. Hope you get this sorted soon!

On mine when I open a folder a little circle appears above it - tapping on that allows you to change colour of the folder
