Ability to move app search bar back to the top of the screen, and a way to accept or deny changes to app icons instead of them being force updated.

I was in my vehicle this afternoon and came up with a possible suggestion.

Can Samsung et al provide all users with an "Emergency On Camera" voice recognition input so the Camera mode is immediately enabled in emergency situations? (so there's no fiddling around with time-consuming logging in)

I'm not impressed with OneUI 7

There should at least be an option to select the location of the search bar. The current placing is inconvenient, along with the sudden change in the status bar battery settings, I think you should add more to it instead of adding something and removing another. I could use the current setting, but It would be more convenient if the customization was available to revert back to previous layouts where you felt the most comfortable to maximize effectiveness for every samsung user, these changes could have assisted one user, but not me, and I hope you can add a way to revert and edit these changes in the future

Dear AntS!

I have a problem on my S25 Ultra, and it's really sad, and weird at the same time.

When I use Pro Video (normal as well) on 4K60 or 8K the screen is wobbly. It looks like a heavy rolling shutter on cameras which are not made for video. It's always there when the stabilization is off. If I turn it on it's all good, but then the problem is, it's zoomed in for make it more stable... idk do I lose image quality by stabilization, I hope not. But my field of view is definitely worse...and I want to use the device to make some nice Real Estate videos which I can put up on social media mixed with some refreshing, funny elements. So for some time I would stick with this setup before switching to a pro videographer setup.

Interesting thing, is if I use the Blacmagic camera app, there it works perfectly fine!!! IDK what they are doing, but they do it definitely better. I think it's totally software problem since on other app is not an issue...maybe if Samsung would open up the LOG file we could use other apps? Or maybe solve the problem on the native app, that would be the best.

Other interesting thing is I bought an S25 base model for my wife, and on her phone there is zero problem on 4k60 even in LOG. OIS on/off, doesn't matter.

This really makes me wonder, why did I pay that much money for my Ultra...

If you found a solution I would be really happy to hear about!

With the new OneUI 7 update, the search bar is in the bottom of the app screen. There should be an option to move this back to the top. It is in the way (I keep accidentally clicking it) and makes it harder to click on the apps as they are further away from your hands. The search bar is something I rarely use, and much more often click on the apps which are now too far away from my hand. I can no longer click on apps using one hand. I have to have one hand hold the phone and the other hand click the app because my fingers are too short to reach the top.

I've had Samsung all my life and never did I regret that choice since I consider it's customisable UI very attractive but lately, even true it has more widget and useful tricks, something as basic as not being able to move the app search bar has been bothering a lot of people, I do hope we can get a new function regarding the UI changes, that would definitely be amazing for all of us. Also, let me just take a screenshot of my hour and battery bar, can you? I just bought the A56 and never thought that would be a problem until I wanted to and couldn't. Please keep the good work and hopefully you take this into consideration as I consider them very valuable for daily use.

I recently received the One UI 7 update on my Samsung S21FE. I haven't noticed any amazing improvements but I have to complain about two things which have been removed:

1. The weather widget used to have a transparency setting but now this is gone. I found this useful to obtain the correct contrast with the background. Can we have this setting back please?

2. I have a smartview case which I really like. On the previous version of One UI it displayed the do not disturb icon in the case window. That was really handy because if I wanted to quickly check whether I had my phone silenced I just had to take a look at window on the case. Now it is no longer there and I have to open up the phone case. Please could you put the do not disturb icon back in the smartview window?
