Hi,
Is anyone else having problems with there emails sync ( as in mine hasn't in over 12hrs) so not receiving any.. everything as far as I know is correct on my settings...

Really appreciate your replies guys 🙏🥰... was literally going out of my mind thinking what have I done or touch .... Good to know it's bigger than just me

On both my phones. I've not checked on my laptop. I've seen another post about email sync not working properly, some the guys removed the email accounts and then re-added... then it worked properly for them.

Same for me, nothing since 1pm yesterday but my husbands is working fine

I've called EE... they are contacting Samsung to see if there's a problem and will call me back.. if not then its definitely a Microsoft outlook problem to mobile devices

Checked on notepad and email fine , it's just the Samsung email app on mobile that isn't syncing

Thanks for confirming that... Samsung will know now hopefully as my EE technician is on the phone to them now ( before the close) hopefully it gets sorted... just a pain having to go through websites

Just deleted and downloaded again seems ok now.

I had the Same issue uninstalled and re installed fixed the issue for me
