Swipe Gestures 6.1 are terrible

The new swipe Gestures are terrible to the point of I don't believe they were tested. You can't crop photos from the left or right now because it counts as going back. This is hot garbage and it's insane to me that they keep the three button layout option from 1000 years ago, but not the three line scheme that has worked out so perfectly for like a decade.

Give us that option back Samsung. Every post about this has people getting third party software to RESTORE functionality you stupidly removed.

Opening up the previous apps takes longer and multiple attempts. The only thing that is nice is when you're actually trying to go back. Otherwise, this was a stupid upgrade that was done to give some UI hacks jobs.

Google has implemented the changes in the Android operating system
You can customise the gestures by downloading the Samsung Goodlock app and Navstar plugin from the Galaxy app store
The new swipe gestures is something that will eventually be throughout the Android software and Google as far as I can see will be sticking with this system

Doesn't mean Samsung has to accept it. One is a skin of android after all. There's no reason Samsung has to stick with the garbage decisions Google makes.

The phones use Android. It is the latest version of it and Google don't do another. Apart from more basic cheaper options.
But then you won't get the One UI on top with the features we get.
There's no other option
But at least with Samsung, you get the Goodlock option to do customisations
I see where you are coming from, but the March to more integrated AI services is a rapidly expanding business. So demand is high for this stuff

I will say that I wish we could have the swipe back a page gesture maybe I a set place with Android. As sometimes I inadvertently swipe out of what I was doing. Which can be annoying

You are correct. Swipe gestures are awful. Nowt wrong with the default 3 nav buttons. However, each to their own and as @Glenntech has mentioned, the workaround is Good Lock and the NavStar module.

Yep, I absolutely hate it. They could at least give us options to go back how it used to be. Many people are complaining about this so hopefully they fix it in a future update.
