sound from health app sounds like chipmunk

Has Anyone  got a fix for the sound on an S21 using the health app.  Impossible to understand what the chipmunk is saying.  This started before I traded in my 8 and I really thought it would stop with the new one.  At the half mile or whenever it decides I need an update, the chipmunk comes on.  It used to be a woman's voice with the stats.  Any ideas appreciated.

try changing the voice on speech engine

head to Settings →  general management →  language and input →  text to speech output → preferred engine
