Some of my apps dont work

I was in and out of apps as I usually do, logged into my PayPal by mistake so closed it and pressed my Halifax but every time I pressed it nothing happened. Went on a few different apps and also did the same. I managed to get on my Halifax by uninstaling and adding again but it's done it again. Please help is my phone compromised because is seems to be apps with extra security or am I being paranoid 

EDIT...... if you go to Google play and uninstall webview it should sort itself out. Worked for me 🙂

OK. just sorted. go to Play Store.
go to My Apps and games.
go to updates.
click update All.
Done. all working perfectly again.

me too. won't even update the Web view app as advised

my android system webview will not update just hanging in pending, been like this all day, at my wits end now, help anyone!

same problem with email, outlook and a host of other apps. Anyone got a solution??

Ahh thankyou, that clarifies the issue, our phones are not broken, android is broken! Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
