To get the ball rolling on a few routines I use, I think I could do a lot more with greater IF and THEN options.

The manual triggers can be used from a Samsung Watch, smartthings app

Smartthings APP - Manual IF (pressed) - THEN (send a predefined message)

Smarttags Button - One press (send a predefined message), Held (Emergency message), Double press (Mobile Rings)

AUTO GEOLOCATION UPDATES

Smartthings APP - IF (8.15-9.00 and at School) - THEN (send message arrived at school)

Smartthings APP - IF (2.45-17.00 and left School) - THEN (send message left school)
