What does get current context do under the get options.

I tried looking online, but I couldn't find any mention of what this action gets.

Many thanks,

It's used for "if" statements within routines.

It can contain "wake up time" "before bed" "sleeping" "driving" "traveling abroad" or "none".

Basically it allows routines to detect if you are doing any of those actions, then do extra things.

So a routine could detect if you are about to go to bed. If you are currently asleep or if you are in a different country.

One of my favourite parts of OneUI. I wish it had a community gallery for others routines. I did find Shorcuts a little more powerful on iOS just in relation to how it could handle file saving. Unless I've always missed that in it.

You could try "routines+" within good lock. Gives routines extra features.

The closest thing to a community gallery would be the discover section

I'm already on Routines+. I did work out you could do it running a touch macro but it's not really ideal for handling file name structure or as quick as a native. If you could strip touch delays like you can set pause times in AutoHotkey it would be more efficient.

Yeah I've seen the Member post on here thanks, just thought it would be more accessible for newbies built into the app.

I'm probably asking too much there though as we are in real nerdy user territory here.

For more power user things, I think I remember "macrodroid" being a solution. Used that in the past for device automation

I've seen that but always not tried it as it's paid but it's actually only £2.49 if you buy it within 24 hours of first installing it so that's quite reasonable. Alternatively it's watching a few ads every 3 days which isn't really for me.

Wait it's paid now? That's annoying. Was completely free when I used it. Though that was a few years ago

You can use it free for just 5 scripts with a few video ads each 3 days or just pay for unlimited and no ads at £2.49 or £5.99 normally. I don't mind apps being paid if it improves the quality, Just nice it's not a subscription.
