I've just used SmartSwitch to help a senior neighbour upgrade from an A3 to an S10e and it's transferred most things (after a long time with lots of intermittent questions that pop up) but not the most important thing for them to maintain continuity i.e. the ringtone (Donkey)!
It's not the first time that I've seen Smartswitch (not) do this. Why does it ignore them? And how do I transfer ringtones?
Searching for ringtones online results in a lot of scamming-looking websites!

Native I believe, since the owner is not tech savvy enough to download things like this. But either way I'd have thought that SS should just transfer pretty basic customisations like this over to the new phone.
E2A: indeed https://www.samsung.com/uk/apps/smart-switch/ says that ringtones should be transferred Galaxy > Galaxy.
