Hello,
I recently had to do a factory reset on my Samsung Z Flip 5 because I had to send it to get my display repaired. I tried saving everything through Smart Switch and the transfer was successful.
But today I got it back and wanted to restore everything. There were only about 30% of images available. Upon checking the backup itself on my computer, I noticed that the files for all albums were created but no pictures got transferred.
Is there any way to get those pictures back? I am desperate right now.
Thank you!

May I suggest running it again?
Or, since you have a computer, plug one phone in, copy all the photos onto the PC. Plug the new phone in and then drag all those photos onto it.
Or, use Amazon Photos/Google Photos. Amazon Photos has unlimited free image storage if you are a Prime member—sign in and upload all photos from your phone. Sign in on your new phone and download them.
P.S.—If you don't have Amazon Prime, just use a free trial and cancel once you are done.
If you mean your phone was reset fully as it was being repaired, and the cloud backup didn't have all the photos' unfortunately there's not much you can do. However, if you had a samsung account photos normally link to said account

If I have understood you correctly....
SmartSwitch was used to back up.
Factory Data Reset Done
SmartSwitch didn't bring all your images across....
If this is correct and you didn't have a backup such as Google One or One Drive then I'm really sorry but I don't believe you can recover them now.
