I have used Smart Switch on a monthly basis for 2 years to sync my Outlook contacts and Calendar from my laptop to my Samsung S10+.smartphone
Since the last Samsung update on my phone last week, the sync is failing.
I've uninstalled Smart Switch on both laptop and S10 phone with no success.
Has anyone else experienced this recent problem or can suggest a fix.
I downloaded ver 4.3.22054.3 June 3 2022 & it appears to work in that sync between Outlook & Samsung Note 8 does not throw up duplicated entries. Also was much faster in updating overall. Hopefully I dn't encounter other bugs & that it will continue to work
Yes, I tested 4.3.22053.2 on 19 May and that seemed to have fixed the problem (again). Given that 4.3.22044_1 seemed to fail in exactly the same way as 4.2.22022_4, I suspect there was a failure in the configuration control process that allowed the bug to be reintroduced through configuration branches in development. I have now updated to 4.3.22054.3 and that is working fine.
