( sorry for the typo on SLEEP MODE in the title)

I work during the night and I would really like to know a way to set up an automatic SLEEP MODE for a couple of hours, during day time.

I can not find help.about this option anywhere...if someone has any ideia if this is possible and how, I would be eternally grateful😊

I think it should be possible to do it from the clock app, where you set up the alarm, you can also download Good Guardians App from Samsung playstore and set up sleep mode from there.

@Pixel24: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of your device, located in Settings > About phone, as this will help to provide accurate steps to resolve your query.

On Android 14, you can head to Settings > Modes and routines > Sleep > Turn on automatically > Sleep schedule, and use the blue bezel around the clock image at the top of the screen to adjust your sleep and wake time.

Hi Star_girl,

Thank you very much for your reply.

It was the first thing that I have done but, unfortunately, you can only set it up for night time.

I might try the app you mentioned though it is a shame that the SLEEP MODE is so limited...

Best wishes and thank you very much☺️

Hi AndrewL,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Unfortunately, it was the first thing I have done but it is not possible. If you try it you will see. You can only use the blue bezel during night time. It shouldn't be limited like that since I am sure there are plenty of people needing it during day time too. Never mind! I might download the app Star_girl mentioned.

Best wishes and thank you very much for your help😊

  • Add "time period" action
  • disable/delete "sleep time" action (to disable, turn the toggle slider button so that it turns grey)
  • disable "sleep schedule" action (same as above)
