Secure folder

Hello, 

I need help, i use to have data in my secure folder. When switch from S20 to S23 all secure folder data got transferred itself. 2 weeks ago i got locked out of my phone because I had forgotten password. I had to reset phone to factory reset. All my data got erased. I have managed to restore data from back up. I couldn't restore secure folder data. 

Is there anyway my secure folder been backed up somewhere and can I restore it??

Secure folder arent backed up, if you sti have it on the old phone you can try move them out of the secured folder and move to new Phone

No i had part exchange my old phone. I do not have my old phone now

@soni13782  It has not been possible to back up Secure Folder for some time now (cut off point was January  2021) it is only possible to restore  Backups taken prior to that date.  some information here https://mobiletrans.wondershare.com/backup/Secure Folder Back Up Ended

Yeah I got caught out with this, now I try and remember to move all I need out of the secure folder, then add back, say after a total reset, new phone, etc..
