Screenshots - no longer appearing

Hello

Got a S20 Galaxy Ultra. If one took a screenshot the said would appear immediatelly so one could work on it. Now I always have to go into the folder and take it from there. Further I often get the pop up messages in regards of not working properly.

Anyone same issues and a solution.

Should be a tool bar that appears as soon as you take the screenshot...is that not happening? Are you using any 3rd party customisations.

Toolbar no longer shows up. Instead this message shows up. (Let me know if I shall translate).

Not that I know. Just did update and continued using the button combination.

How are you trying to capture your screenshots?

Normal way is to either a) hold down Power button + Volume Down or b) Press 'Take screenshot ' button via the Quick panel.

It's possible the Samsung capture app got messed up during the update. To try and fix it please try and wipe the cache partition. You'll need to plug into a working PC or laptop and follow instructions in below link.
