Samsung health monitor is supported in the UK. Unfortunately it is only supported for Samsung devices. So if you have a Samsung watch you won't get some features if you don't have a Samsung phone.
Thanks Fiona26. Guess thus us a Samsung company issue, and they should solve it fir non-samsung phone users, cos still I should be able to benefit from all watch features as long as I am owning a galaxy watch, it's an obligation they should fulfill.
Hi, I've just got the Galaxy 4 watch and have a S21 phone. I'm getting the same message when I try to access the app that the Monitor is not available on this phone?
