Health Monitor not available

I have a new phone and having transfered my Samsung Watch 6 Classis to it, I no longer have access to Samsung Health Monitor app. I get the attached error message. 

Im in the UK and it used to work on my old phone ok so what's happened?

Hello and welcome, try uninstalling the phone app, the use your watch to start say blood pressure and let that trigger the health monitor install.

Make sure you aren't on a vpn and your phone and watch are set for the correct region. If your phone is set for a different region, it can block certain features
