Samsung just updated their bixby now you can have bixby speak for you I ❤️ samsung.

Bixby Text call was expanded to English fairly recently ,compatible with various Devices. See some information here  https://www.androidpolice.com/samsungs-latest-bixby-update-google-assistant-look-old/

@Richy951811  Google Assistant can do call screening, though not quite the same thing.  https://support.google.com/phoneapp/answer
