I swapped to Google Messages, but finding links do not show, some useful auto complete, but not much else.

I only re-enabled it thinking would be easier to use with my Watch5, but not seeing any benefits over the stock Samsung SMS.

Anybody think the same or am i missing something?

Hello @Obsydian, I've found that when I leave my phone at home and just wear my Watch 5 Pro LTE, I have to use SMS Messages to ensure delivery every time. It may just be service provider issues, but I've decided to stick with what works for me.

That is a bit of a surprise regarding the functionality with  Watch5,  though I only really tried Google Messages briefly a while ago and preferred Samsung's stock app. Be interesting to hear other's experiences.

Interesting as I thought Google gave that continue option without an LTE watch.

I thought the same with Google nessaging, but how would it work without a phone nearby or not connected to a wireless network? I've found that Samsung messaging needs/requires/prefers mobile data on for successful messaging.
