Samsung Recorder App

The Samsung Recorder app only records 59 seconds and then it stops. I've tried everything to solve this. 

I have a note 9. I've restarted and rested the whole phone but nothing seems to work.

@MustafaJB: That's strange. Do you get any errors or notifications when the recording stops? Is your phone going idle while the recording is active? If so, can you try going to Settings > Apps > Voice Recorder > Battery > Allow Background Activity > Back > Appear On Top > On.
