Have the s22 ultra and the flip 4, trying to get all my music from s22 onto the flip. 

Can't see how I do it, I have a good bit to move over, anyone got any ideas, went in the Samsung shop and they haven't a clue 🤣

Download smartswitch to both devices. Then you can transfer all your audio that way.

Does not say a great deal for the particular Samsung employees 😀 yes Smart Switch is the more convenient method.  Seems an issue with the initial link, more details here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-switch files   Bluetooth and NFC would be slow.
