Samsung members broken update

Heyo everyone. Kinda an urgent thing of me saying do not update samsung members.

There's a new update for it on the galaxy store but doing so will break the app. On loading it, you get a server response error and cannot do anything.

The solution is to delete it and download it from the google play store as that has the older version.

I say urgent as if you update the app, you won't be able to read this to know how to fix it

It's possible, but if you've still got the account on the tablet then it shouldn't make a difference. I'm posting this via my tablet but have also removed my previous tablet from registered devices on Samsung site. It's a pity you don't have access to another phone (Samsung preferably) so you could try members app on that.

Edit: Don't know if it would make any difference but you could try removing your tablet from registered devices, remove your samsung account from tablet. Then, add your samsung account again to the tablet and re- register it on the Samsung site.

It won't load DM, I can see I've got a new one, and see the first part. I'm on my phone and it's not working on my phone right now.

That’s weird there will be a fix then at some point. It’s other way round for me dm notifications and posting is fine. Feeds or the app totally broken.

This is also probably unrelated but login with galaxy device is broken too. Says to update, no update.

Might just be a me thing though

I use Google play store for most of mine.
